PRASHANT KUMAR, CCIM
Prashant resides in Long Island, NY, and serves as a Managing Partner of Cash Flow Champs. He is responsible for investor relations, where he maintains a strong, transparent relationship with current and prospective investors. Prashant is also involved in capital raising to ensure the transactions close and has handled every aspect of real estate syndication from acquisitions to negotiating contracts and closing the deal. He is currently a general partner in eight (8) multifamily properties totaling 1228 units with a total portfolio value of $69,150,000, having went full cycle on five (4) properties totaling 866 units, and is a limited partner in six (6) multifamily properties, totaling 840 units.
Paul resides just outside Washington DC, in Prince Georges County, MD and serves as a Managing Partner of Cash Flow Champs. He is responsible for investor relations where he maintains a strong, transparent relationship with current and prospective investors. Paul is also involved in capital raising to ensure the transactions close and asset management to optimize the performance of the assets. He is currently general partner in one (1) multifamily property and a limited partner in one (1) multifamily property, together totaling 148 units.
